Hunt Design’s John Temple and Wayne Hunt were in attendance as the largest development in Pasadena broke ground on March 5, 2019. 100 West Walnut, being developed by Lincoln Property Company and AMLI Residential, will feature residential units designed by Harley Ellis Devereaux and office space designed by SOM. Hunt has been the signage consultant on the project for four years and looks forward to overseeing the implementation of the sign program as the project moves towards completion in 2021.
