Here’s a contractor photo of the city’s new water feature gateway sign to greet visitors to the east Idaho city as they exit Interstate 15. One of the firm’s more ambitious urban gateways, the monument required complex engineering, water design and rock work by Rock Solid Landscape Design & Construction.
Designed by Hunt Design in the early 90s, this logo expressed in bronze still marks the entry to one of Old Pasadena’s first residential developments.

Los Angeles Harbor College Science Complex is the recipient of an Honor Award from SCUP/AIA-CAE Excellence in Architecture for a New Building. Hunt Design congratulates HGA Architects and the rest of the project team on the conferment of this prestigious award.
Planners and designers from Hunt Design test full-size models of final sign designs as part of a signage standards program for all of the County’s ambulatory care centers. The new program includes new wayfinding strategy —a unique number-based approach — standardized wording and simple, easy-to-constructed signs.
The Hunt Design team, architects, academic experts and university staff convened recently to brainstorm ideas for the exhibit on the life of inventor and entrepreneur Arnold Beckman. The permanent display will be a part a new namesake science building at Chapman University in Orange, California.
