Museum of Neon Art Celebrates Signage

Recently opened in Glendale, California ‘MONA,’ features engaging displays of historic neon signs as well as works by contemporary neon artists. 

Long Beach Parking Count Signage

Along with Walker Parking, Hunt Design was recently awarded the contract to develop a central parking guidance system for the City of Long Beach. Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) will work with new technology at city parking facilities to create efficient communication tools for drivers.

Ketchum University

The expansion of facilities at Marshall B. Ketchum University, a private accredited health care institution, will include signage by Hunt Design. Project identity is a key component of the program which will set the standard for signage at the university’s other campus locations in Orange County.

Sacramento Commons

A mixed-use development in downtown Sacramento will include signage design and planning by Hunt Design. The plan for the 10 acre site, being developed by Kennedy Wilson, received City Council approval in mid 2015.

Hollywood, CA

Thea Awards: Hunt Design part of Two Winners

Hunt Design played important roles in two projects to be celebrated with 2016 Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) awards: One World Observatory, with The Hettema Group, and the San Diego Zoo, a long-term Hunt Design client.    

Colburn School Signage Evaluation

Hunt Design has been engaged to review and evaluate wayfinding and other signage at this prestigious music and arts college. Hunt Design is known for such pre-design studies of existing conditions.

First OC Parks Master Plan Signs Installed

[cycloneslider id=”oc-parks-news-post”] In 2015 Hunt Design completed a comprehensive Signage Master Plan for for the 30-plus parks and beaches of Orange County. Now the first signs from the 100 page standards document are being installed at Irvine Regional Park.

Santa Barbara Parks Signage Guidelines to Hunt Design

Adding to the firm’s growing portfolio of sign programs for parks, the City of Santa Barbara Parks & Recreation selected Hunt Design to set signage standards for all of their 48 parks and beaches spanning over 1,500 acres of land.
