With the project in the latter stages of construction, sign installation continues at 100 West Walnut in Pasadena. The project being built by LPC West and AMLI Residential consists of a series of residential buildings featuring 400 rental units, 210,000 square feet of office space, and 17,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. With Hunt’s office across the street from the project, the designers have a front row seat to see the master sign plan, begun in 2015, come to fruition.
