After years of planning, approvals and implementation, Hunt Design’s wayfinding project for the newly renamed Jefferson Arch National Park is nearing completion. The understated signage design has been planned to complement the new master plan for the 62-acre historic site. Complex curving walkways and dense treescape (often obscuring the arch itself) make wayfinding difficult for visitors. The new directional signs are designed and located to reinforce sight lines and improve circulation to the parks many destinations.
