Hunt Design Principal Jen Bressler delivered a stimulating, joint presentation with Idaho Falls Park & Recreation Director, Greg Weitzel at the recent NRPA (National Recreation and Park Association) Conference in Indianapolis. The Park & Trail Signage 101 presentation touched on the importance of park branding, signage and wayfinding with examples from city, county and national park systems across the United States. Hunt Design just completed a three year project including a new city brand and a full signage and wayfinding package for the city. The new citywide program helps to guide millions of travelers to the city’s downtown, parks, River Walk trail system, museums, zoo, aquatic center, library, universities and other popular attractions and points of historical interest.
