Discover rich history and political legacy through immersive exhibits, digital supergraphics, interactive maps, and a geotag-enabled gaming app seamlessly connecting exploration with storytelling.

The Kenneth Hahn Community Center immerses guests in the rich history of the Baldwin Hills Park Recreation Area and the influential political legacy of Supervisor Kenneth Hahn. Through a dynamic design approach, the center integrates layers of digital supergraphics with curated artifacts, creating a visually engaging narrative. A prominent feature is the topographic park map, enhanced with projected imagery and interactive on-screen digital media, offering an informative and captivating experience. The exhibition seamlessly incorporates the Agents of Nature gaming app, which uses geotags throughout the park to connect outdoor exploration back to the visitor center’s interactive displays. This thoughtfully planned space combines technology, storytelling, and education to celebrate the park’s significance and its impact on the surrounding community.
