At the main entry, modern signage featuring updateable digital media components created a dynamic and welcoming first impression. Strategically placed digital map kiosks offered detailed map orientations while providing sheltered spaces for visitors to plan their day. Utilizing WebDT Content Manager software, the Zoo centralized content management, allowing staff to efficiently update all digital kiosks from a single local source. The interactive screens displayed crucial information, including up-to-date operating hours, general Zoo details, upcoming exhibits, event schedules, and engaging video content. This thoughtfully planned system integrated technology with user-friendly design to elevate the overall visitor experience.
