The 271 unit structure designed by Miami’s Arquitectonica is the latest addition to Grand Avenue’s collection of world-class architecture that includes Disney Hall, MOCA and the soon-to-be-open museum, The Broad. Hunt Design is at work on signage design for two other state-of-the-art apartment projects in Los Angeles’ South Park district and a residential building in Pasadena.
