Vibrant environmental graphics and sleek wayfinding elements enhance the way patrons navigate and experience the plaza’s dynamic visual appeal.
The Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa underwent a dynamic transformation with the addition of environmental graphics that supported the venue’s renovation. The colorful signage and graphics brought new visual interest while improving orientation and wayfinding for visitors. Two ground-mounted marquees now identify the revitalized plaza, while slim map directories and stainless steel wayfinding signs guide pedestrians between performance venues. Dot-pattern murals were also introduced, creating a unified aesthetic and enhancing the sense of place across the separate plaza spaces. These thoughtfully integrated graphics not only serve a functional role in directing guests but also contribute to the overall artistic atmosphere of Orange County’s treasured arts venue.
