Hunt Design is participating in the residential resurgence transforming downtown Los Angeles. WREN, a state-of-the-art 362-unit mixed-use project developed by Mack Urban Communities, is extending the exciting growth of LA’s South Park south to Pico Boulevard. The modernistic two-building project designed by architect AC Martin features energetic signage and graphics by Hunt Design and the branding agency Air Conditioned. “If you want to attract today’s hip young renters, you have to look the part,” says Chris Loomis of Hunt Design, “Dynamic signage and graphics are becoming an important part of the DTLA streetscape.”
